Ultra large format Enhance porcelain tile by Emser replaces the original hardwoods and creates a seamless and contemporary foundation. Custom hand carved fireplace surrounds add sculptural depth. The kitchen is enveloped in Cambria Bentley with veining that rises like ink strokes. A La Cornue range and custom cabinetry support the rhythm of daily life. A reengineered window opens fully to the deck and brings ease to indoor and outdoor entertaining. Downstairs the theater features custom seating and a hand painted mural by a Marvel set designer. A Cambria wrapped bar and Stone Street feature wall bring architectural presence. Signature C shaped lounge seating anchors the room. Slim RGB lighting channels are recessed into the drywall and travel up the walls before turning across the ceiling. The baseboards are flush with a shadow reveal and outward glow that creates quiet drama. Large glass doors expand the entertainment experience and a redesigned guest suite completes the level. At the end of the level a private wellness retreat brings clarity and calm. A Plunge cold therapy bath sits on a sculpted platform beside an elevated shower with a glowing niche. A true four person Swedish sauna with red light therapy provides grounding and restoration. RGB lighting shifts the mood from energizing to meditative. A concealed water closet adds privacy and cohesion.
